I went to Gayle with severe back pain, hip and leg from a sciatic nerve injury. I had never had pain like that before and for a week nothing seemed to be helping. I have to admit that I was skeptical that the CranioSacral Therapy would be able to help me. But after a 1 ½ hour session with Gayle my body started to release. She explained about what was happening in my back and hip and the body’s innate healing ability. Using her regimen of stretches with breathing, Epsom salt soaks, suggestions of anti-inflammation herbs and nutritional support, a week later I was walking normally. The clutter in this place was unlivable. I did not know were things were. I had drawers stuffed with duplicate kitchen tools and stuff I never used. There were endless piles of paper in my bedroom, bathroom and study. My closets were packed with things I forgot I owned. I felt like I was going against stress all the time and it was hard to get things finished.
Gayle came in to do a “Clutter Clearing”, she asked a few questions and went to work. It was relatively painless. She helped me set up a plan to stay organized.
It now feels calmer in here. I can find my keys in a flash and I even get out the door on time in the morning. I am so greatful for the change in my energy level and calmness and openness I feel in each room. Next week is the basement and attack.
